Recently moved and plugged in my tiger river hot tub after refill. Heater and L lights are green and red as they should be. Ozinator pump is circulating fine but I'm not hearing my circulation pump and when I go to turn on my jets they sound like they are going to turn on and then their power cuts on and off with the D17 light flashing on my control panel. Any suggestions would be appeciated. Circ pump and jet pump are both receiving power.
