Okay - Hello There, new to the hot tub world but not to forums and I know how helpful they are and that's why I belong to one for every hobby I have. Name is Ian and I'm in Kentucky. I normally have some knowledge of my but not in this case. I bought the wife a Destiny River Heritage II spa and of course I'm lost trying to run it. We have had it running for a little over a week and are having the following issues: Low Ph, High TA, Zero Chlorine every day when testing. It has an Ozinator and we are using a Leisure time start up kit with powdered chlorine. We bought the tub used and it came with the Chems we are using. We are using an electronic tester strips I hope that says enough to get us started down the right path - thanks for the help in advance!! Ian
