I am a new owner of a saltwater 42,000 gallon pool. I have two main issue first is that although my cell is working there is no free cholrine being produced. I have called circupool and they said the cell is working. Second mostly like from the first issue last night we got rain and my pool went from clear to brown green here are my water readings Free Cl 0 CYA 100 PH 8.4 Total Cl 3.2 Salt 3100 Any ideas?!?
