  1. Hello all Has anyone made there own solar water heater? My budget is $ 4 hundie so im thinking of using a salvage solar panel a solar water pump and a simple controller to shut the pump off at 105 deg F. If anyone has tryyed anything like this send me a message Thanks noob
  2. Well it was and it had 2 cracked manifolds as far as I can see. I can see some scum in the lines , Is there something I can add to wash it out then drain it? thanks The noob
  3. hey all I have a thermospas park ave with 2 cracked manifolds. One is 1 1/2" with 6 1/2" barbs the other is 1 inch with 12 3/8 th barbs for air bubles. I see that the pvc plex hose is glued to the pvc manifold, can anyone tell me how to glue this , is it the same pvc glue ive always used? Also I need these manifolds, thermospas hasnt gotten back to me and Im loosing faith in there cust support. So if anyone knows a good parts supply guy I could use the help Thanks kenny
  4. WAcko I just paid 5 hundie for a 1994 thermospa park ave with 2 cracked pvc manifolds, its a fixer upper, it has a new cover and a new heater. For what its worth. the noob
  5. Hey all I just picked up a 1994 Thermospas Park ave 5 per with an ozonator for 5hundie. I will be starting it up soon, it has been empty for 2 years. Any suggestions on the order of operations and supplies that Iwill need. I hope to avoid buying poor quality or useless items by taking some advice from the board. Thanks for your time Super noob
