How do you safely clean off calcium build up off of the interior of an acrylic spa and waterfall area without scratching it?

I don't have an answer for you but I am worried about the same thing happening living in Arizona so I will watch this post to see if anyone has any comments.

Hi, I am looking at an Artesian Island Cayman or the Platinum Piper Glen. Can anyone tell me if they had any experience with Artesian? They are made in Las Vegas. They have a 5 year warranty. We were looking at Hot Springs but not anymore. Cant find a Sundance dealer that has wet testing available in our area or we would like to consider those. Really don't want to purchase unless we can wet test at least a few of the models. I had been reading that Jacuzzi, Sundance and Hot Springs were more of the top rated lines but have heard nothing about Artesian. Any information I would appreciate.

Hi, I am new to the Spa world. Have owned in ground pools with separate in ground spa but not a portable spa. I feel the Hot Springs pricing I got is too high and hoping someone can help me. Grandee 2013 floor model $10,690 plus $1,300 ACE. $100 for upgrade to cradle 1 cover. Vanguard floor model $9295 plus $1,300 ACE. Or 5% off a 2013 special order models. What can I really expect to pay? Includes delivery and install that is it. No steps or additional chemicals.
