  1. I figured it out, so I wanted to pass the info on to the forum. The new board's sealed relays have two contacts (COM and NO). I had pump 1 low on NO and moved it to COM and it fixed the problem. A tech support guy originally told me to put it on NO, so I figured that part had to be right. Guess not!
  2. I recently replaced my balboa circuit board and when i turn on the breaker, the pumps turn on immediately. The panel still runs through the startup sequence and results in a FLO error. I replaced the pressure switch and determined the problem is due to everything turning on immediately and the pressure switch is starting in the closed position. I believe when I turn on the breaker, I should hear a click and silence for a few seconds, then pump 1 should kick on. Does anyone know what would cause everything to turn on immediately? Again, this is a new board (with sealed relays). Thanks everyone!
