Hey Roxy. just wanted to say I know what you mean about having issues with "the place". We live in New Franklin and purchased our spa from them as well. we had issues with getting our water chemistry right, and the guy I ended up talking to was downright rude and talked down to me like a child. I was lucky enough to find this forum and followed the Bromine guide that is pinned in this forum section. Not only did it solve my issues, but it offered chemical alternatives that are alot less costly. I refuse to drive out to Montrose and deal with those ppl when there are plenty of other places in the Akron area to purchase chemicals and accesories. Also that foam issue you were having, we get that when we pump too much air into the water. i usually don't use much air anymore unless I really need the jets to hit me hard.
