  1. I also just got a hot tub and am using the Nature2 system based on recommendations. I use a chlorine based shock once or twice a week and the non-chlorine based shock (MPS) after every use. Seems to be working perfect so far.
  2. Mine is preset at 2 hours each 12 hours, but it's recommended to run 4 hours each 12 hours. That's what Nature2 recommends and what I have it set at.
  3. I have a LED light on my 2009 Viking Heritage hot tub which will not change colors. It stays on red unless blues or greens are on, which it turns off. You can almost see it trying to change colors when the lights switch, but then will go red or off depending on the displayed color. I'm pretty sure it is not the light itself, but probably the relay. Has anyone had this happen to them? Any advise on fixing it? TIA
  4. Thank you for the response. He told me that the metal free product will help the components (motor, jets, etc.) run trouble free and prevent hair from changing colors.
  5. I just bought a used 2009 Viking Heritage II hot tub and don't know a lot about it. I've thoroughly cleaned the walls, filled and ran a gallon of bleach for a day, drained, and recleaned. I am getting my water tested today and the expert who installed it for me suggested this procedure for chemicals: Nature2 - replace every 4 months Spa Metal Free - 8 ounces when I initially fill up and then 2 ounces each week Spa Fresh and Clear (Non-Chlorine) Shock - 1 tablespoon each use Granular Chlorine - 2 tablespoons each week to activate the Nature2 He also told me to rinse the filter out each week and use filter cleaner on it once a month. Does this sound about right? Is there anything I need to tweek or additional products?
