We have the Aqua Finesse system and our hot tub water is turning green. I tested water with the test strips and it's showing high alkmity and I see some build up of dirt around the top line of the tub. Any tips?

We had our hot tub installed yesterday. Filled it up with water and used it without chemicals. Today it's looking a bit milky. I added a chlorine tablet from the Aqua Finesse Kit about 6 hours ago and its still milky. Is there a walk through on how to use the Aqua Finesse Kits? I'm new/stupid on the topic and haven't been told how to properly use chemicals in the water.
