what other info do you need? All tests were in normal range except for the chlorine level which was a 10....It is an inground pool with cartridge filter and inline chlorinator. Water has always been clear....My pool is in full sun for almost the whole day and the pump runs from 10am-5pm....

hi...we are having issues with our pool holding chlorine levels high. we shocked the pool 5 days ago, had sun most of day, and chlorine levels are at 10. Chlorinator was set to 3....Same thing happened when we opened the pool about a month ago. it took two weeks with chlorinator off and us having to put knock out in. Why are our levels constantly being high, especially after we shock the pool?....
