Hi all -- I inherited a friend's hot tub that was sitting empty for a while. I brought it home and connected everything (the easy explanation!) and have been having errors of FL1 (and FL2, since it has two pumps). On the surface this would tell me that the system has an air lock somewhere. Been priming and priming and still continue to get them. Oddly enough, when pump 1 is the only one running, I get FL 1. When both are running (on low), I get no errors. Any ideas on what it could be? I've been running both pumps on low for an hour now hoping that this will get rid of any air.

I, too, managed to fry out my terminal block on my Balboa M7. I was always worried that the odd angle to connect the wires (especially the bottom 2) would one day lead to a disconnection. That's exactly what happened yesterday. It look like the bottom connector is burnt (the other 2 are ok). Don't see any burnt fuses or any other indication of other troubles, but before getting another board, I was hoping to remove the current block. How do I do that if it's soldered in? I can find a replacement for $10. Not quite ready to spend $$ on a new board if that's all it is.
