  1. Thank you everyone for your time and feedback. Dennis - I would certainly like to here about other Amre Bay owners in this forum. I will very likely give you a call.
  2. Very useful and detailed description. I am almost in the same position as you are, with two kids (almost the same age) and looking for a spa that is suitable and enjoyable for all the family members (in particular during the hot summer months here in TX)/ Just as you were back then, it appears that my top options are the Amore Bay and the Nautilus, followed by Hot Springs and Jacuzzi. I would certainly like to hear what has been your experience as you go into the first year of your purchase, and on whether it was worth to shell out the additional $3K to $4K. Thanks for your feedback,
  3. I am really contemplating the idea to buy a portable hot spa, most likely in the price range between $10K and $15k. I have two kids ranging in age between 6 and 10 years old and the primary use for this spa will be for recreational, entertainment and social use; although the therapeutic features will be certainly welcome and highly used. However, considering that this is a high-ticket item, I would like to hear the opinion of new and experienced users and weigh your opinon as to whether this purchase was worthwhile and if you have kept using your spa beyond what you may call the first year of excitement. I wish I could see myself using the spa for the foreseeable future and enjoying it in many years down the road. But what I don't want to see is end up having an expensive box sitting in my backyard that no one is using. Thanks you all for your opinion, P.S. If someone has acquired a spa for the same purposes (and family needs), can you let me know what brand/model did you get and your overall experience? I am right now biased towards the D1 Spa Amore Bay and/or Nautilus, followed closely by Hot Springs Grandee/Envoy. Alex
