I will be a first time spa buyer and am hoping for some suggestions. Years ago my parents purchased a brand new coleman spa that had a very minor scratch/blem on the bottom of the tub. My parents were able to get a significant cost savings and had a spa that was of good quality and lasted many years. I am hopeful to find a similiar deal and am wondering how best to go about it. Does anyone have any experience in dealing with factory reps? Do dealers typically handle factory blem tubs? Any info you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
