Replaced circuit board, now the jets and blower run constantly, if you press the buttons they go off for a micro second and come back on, also the temperature buttons work and display desired temperature but the heater does not come on. Light, mode button and circulation pump are working, I have double checked all connections and they are right according to the diagram.
