I did unplug the phone cable from iq2020 and it did resolve my problem. As soon as I unplugged cable the heat light led came on and has been heating fine ever since. I would have never thought of trying this. Thank you for your help. I have to figure out if it is the cable or the panel. Is it just a regular phone cable? Thanks for everything

My hot tub is not heating. I have 11 ohms on heater. I have the iso2020. I raise temp with the control and I can see the heater led light and hear the relay click. I am measuring 220v to heater, but after 30 seconds the heater led goes out and my heater volts goes to zero. I cannot get the heater to cycle back on unless I cycle the20amp 110v breaker. After power is reset I can then raise temp again and the same cycle starts over again. I have the no fault heater so there is no flow switch. I tried removing filters and running still same results.
