  1. The problem was the Power Supply (Model:SpaPower8 120/230V 3/1.5A). It cost me 198 CAD at the dealer. It takes about 30 min to replace it. You just remove the old one (4 screws), install the new one and plug in the 2 cables. Follow the old cables to see were they have to be plugged in. You will probably have to remove the panel with the Tuner/CD player (at the right of the access panel)to plug in the "red and black" cable. You do not need to remove the Tuner/CD player to take off the panel (just take out the 5 screws that fix the panel). Anyway for anybody with a similar problem (lights and music)I would suggest: - Check the fuses. Fuses are in the box (blue in my case) where enters the big power cable. To open it you have to remove 2 screws. I believe that the fuse for lights and music is the smallest one (transparent at the bottom) - Check that the feeding cable for the Power Supply is well plugged in. The plug is black with an orange band and it says "Di" on it. - Check the connection for the "red and black" cable that comes out of the Power Supply. - Replace the Power Supply
  2. I have a trident dynasty spa from 2009. The lights (LEDs) and Tuner/CD player are dead. The rest (pumps and heating) is working OK. Any ideea what the problem might be?
