I see all the comments, so I'll add mine. I bought my Nordic Crown II on 4-18-2006. Its been running continuously since then without a problem. The cover is starting to get waterlogged, so I'll replace the foam or just buy a new cover. I've owned spa's before, acrylic ones are the pits, I've had three of them delaminate, pumps and heaters fail, and I paid a lot more for them, but this one has been amazingly reliable.
