  1. I broke down and had hot springs come and fix it. It needed the board at a cost of $150 plus labor and now it's working just fine. The tech said the board is one of the things he replaces the most. hmmm
  2. my electrician says there's not power at the heater relays, but there is power to the main board. Is there a schematic for the electrial I can access?
  3. The hose method doesn't always work. You can try loosening the hose connection at the outlet of the circ pump just enough to let air out to be doubly sure this isn't simply air entrapment in that circ pump.
  4. Well, putting the hose down the filter pipe didn't work. I'm having the electrician come back and check the wiring.
  5. Thanks Preserved swine - I'll try it and report.
  6. oh yeah, the skimmer is not up in its position because it looks like some sore of plastic nut is missing that connects it to the tub. Is this a replaceable part?? THANKS SO MUCH
  7. one more thing - the filters are not clogged, cuz I scrubbed them clean last night and of course, the water is not above its acceptable temperature range as the water is cold.
  8. Ok, I can't find a reset button on the no fault. The freshwater system may be the problem because there is water in the tube going to the left side, but none in the right tube. The tub turns on, does a motor-sounding start up with the power light on red, not flashing and then both the power and ready indicator lights start flashing. Again, the jets work. Thanks for any help with this!!
  9. Hello, I just purchased a used hot tub and it was operational when I saw it pre-purchase. They were using the plug in electrical cord. Since my old Hot Springs Classic was hard wired, I asked the dealer if I could do that to this one and they said yes and gave me all the electrical diagrams and installation instructions. I used a licensed electrician to do the wiring and now both lights are flashing. The jets and clean cycle work, just flashing lights and no heat. I will try to locate the reset button on the heater and see if that works. But if not, where should I start? thanks
