Thank You for your response. I have checked all the pressure and temperature switches, and in fact replaced the pressure switch several months ago. I have ordered a new board for this unit, but I am having trouble getting it. The latest quote on shipment is tomorrow Again, thank you for your response

When I turn on the heater, the green power light comes on and nothing else.The thermostat knobs are set at max. The gas valve is turned on. The water pressure switch is new and showing closed. The high limit switches read closed. What is the next step in the troubleshooting process Thank You in advance for any help you can provide Don

When I start my heater, the green power light comes on and nothing else happens. If I rap the heater with the palm of my hand the heater fires and brings the water to temp either in the spa or pool. The red service light stays on as the pool is heating. This also seems like a one shot deal, the heater doesn't seem to cycle as the temp drops off.

Thank You for your repaonse on testing the diverters. Unfortunately (or fortunately), since I posted the question thye valves have been operating OK. When it starts operating like a ghost is at the controls again, I will switch the valves on the PC board and see what happens. Thanks Again for the help

I have a pool and spa combination that are controlled be a Pentair Compool Lx100. Lately the return diverter valve has been turning itself to the opposite position. The valve is only about a year old and when I toggle the switch it rotates freely. How do I go about troubleshooting this issue

I have recently purchased a home with a gunite pool that has a raised spa on one end. The filter is controlled by a CP-100 pool/spa control system. I replaced one of the motorized valves in the system because when I turned the spa on, the valve did not revolve and the spa would empty back to the pool. Everything seems to be woking OK now, except that the waterfall does not run continuosly, only when the floor cleaners in the spa are running,
