  1. We don't shut it off. We just keep it on standard, and the filters are set to go off every twelve hours. Maax uses a thermo lock insulation
  2. We have it set on standard so that at 8am and 8pm the filter goes on. The temp is set at 100. Right when the filter goes on, my husband ran down and looked at it, and the temp was at 92. It had dropped 8 degrees in 11 hours
  3. Hi we have a Maax M6 spa, 8x8, in northern California. It is about 50 to 60 degrees in the winter, maybe 40 at night. We have it set to standard and run it at 8am and 8pm (for 90mins). During the "off hours", the temp drops from what it is set to all the way to 94. We have a brand new cover. Spa is new, and we have had our dealer out here to look at insulation. He said everything is fine. How much should it lose when the filters are not running? It is using a ton of electricity to get the temp up when the filter turns on. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
