Veeper, That's quite interesting. Everything is coming full circle. It makes complete sense that Joe wishes to not pass on information based on the company he works for if that's the business sense they practice. While shopping I was told by numerous dealers to ask how long they've carried the brands they sell to find out how reputable the dealers are reagarding sales and service. Nobody said anything negative regarding Mr. Spas, however they did mention their service department isn't the finest in the area and they had recently closed numerous location in the West Michigan area. Closing locations is a bit scarey to me if I'm going to become a customer of theirs. Who's going to service my spa if they go away. I was also told they no longer own that store and are literally only running it for Master Spa. Joe, Regarding this information recently posted I'm quite glad I NEVER stepped foot into your store. I'm quite sure had I walked into your store and had the chance to meet you while shopping I would have walked out on pure ethics alone. Besides investing my money on the product, I'm also investing my money in the company as well as the salesperson. It seems to me the investment I made in a spa(Caldera) is one the best, as well as the store(Watson's) and of course a trusting salesperson. Thanks again all who have posted. SRichards 49

Joe, Interesting reply. Where would I find out which spa is the number one brand in west michigan? Is that word of mouth directly from yourself or is there an article validating your point. You continue to mention that I missed out on the number one brand in this area, yet you fail to mention what brand that is as well what brand you sell. I can only assume the answer to that is what you sell. Obviously, the number one brand can always be argued by everyone. For being as direct and confident as you seem to be, is there a reason you're so indirect when I ask who you work for or the number one brand in west michigan. I also believe that if your selling your brand against everyone else based on the BBB you should re-check your sales techniques. Bashing your competitors will not get you very far. Believe in what you sell and tell your customers why yours is the best. Looking forward to who you work for and what you sell.

Joe, After looking for the most reputable brands on the market, I chose to shop those brands and trust the information I heard from those companies. It seemed to me that Watson's happens to be the largest dealer in the greater Grand Rapids area with quality of brands as well as choices in products. I'm sorry I didn't spend my time researching the Better Business Beaureu in Grand Rapids. I trust the local businesses in our area that they are doing what's best for both they're company and more importantly their customers. However, you did bring up a valid point of 3 complaints. I expect for a store of that size with the volume of business they're doing 3 complaints doesn't hold much validity to the quality of business they operate. What I do know Joe is that I'm very happy with the investment I made. I'm curious if I may ask you what company you happen to work for and what brands you happen to sell. I sense the confidence you speak with, I'm wondering if I had visited your store and chose not to purchase. Looking forward to your reply, SRichards49

Joker, I actually did quite a bit of shopping both online and in a few stores. I then weighed my options and wet tested a couple spas and purchased the best one for my family. I recently purchased a spa through Watson's and our sales person told us they're looking into building a new store at a better location. They're looking to sell the building, if not use it to lease part of the store as well as use it as a warehouse for their new store. S.Richards
