Thanks. I tried cleaning it and it didn't seem to help. I did notice that the pillow between the two halfs of the cover was pushing down on the control. It's a new cover that we've only had for about a month. Do you think it's the control and is it time to call the tech?

I have 2000 Sweetwater Bahia spa. The circuit board was replaced about two years ago. For some reason, the controls have locked. The spa circulates and heats but the pumps, light and heat adjustment are locked out. It appears that it has entered the locked mode, but holding the heat up/down buttons together which should allow us to change the mode doesn't do anything. Any idea how to reset the control? Thanks Chris
