  1. I have an Arctic Spa - 2000 litres with a peak ozone system fitted. I currently use a "Boos" Dichlor sanitizer and find that I am putting some in every day. Is this normal? The peak system is supposed to reduce the need for sanitizer by 70%? What is the best sanitizer to use with this system and how often should it be added? Many thanks for your sound and welcome advice Mark
  2. Help On the pre purchase spa circuit the electrical running costs for a spa varied from £3.50 to £4.00 per week. This would equate to about 46 units of electricity where 1 unit is used at 1kw per hour. The spa is 2000 litres has a peak ozone system fitted and is set on a twice daily filtration of 1hour duration and heated to 39 degrees C. The spa is used daily for about 40 minutes with an average of 2 people. Currently it is northern hemisphere winter though the ambient is between 5 degrees C and 8 degrees C. What are the ball park running costs for spa users out there? We seem to be exceeding these prophesised costs considerably! What are we doing wrong? Help Many thanks Mark
  3. How often and for what period of time should a filtration cycle operate? How much would you expect a 2000 litre spa at 38 degrees C to cost when used by 2 people once a day for 1 hour? Many thanks
  4. Hi I have just had an arctic spa with peak ozone installed. I am using dichlor (Boost) as a sanitizer and find we are having to add 2 - 3 tea spoons a day or the chlorine level drops off the chart. Is this normal with an ozone system reported to reduce chemical demands by 70%? How do I know the peak ozone system is working at all? I know the system is installed but am unsure where I should be seeing the effect in the tub. Suppliers have provided only waffle! Many thanks
