I am located in Washington State. Wentchee. I keep trying to call them and leave messages and I keep getting the same machine and no response. I have tried to contact them through their website as well but I am getting no feedback. We were hoping to have the product and have tested it before our Home and Garden show on the 11th of February so we could start offering it to our customers.
