Hello, I am looking for a replacement cover for a Hot Springs Vanguard. I am in temperate northern California so snow and a lot of freezing weather are not an issue. Covers getting water-logged is an issue. What dealers and brands do folks recommend? Thanks! k

I am considering buying a tub from a dealer called The Hot Tub Store. They are in Northern California and have stores in Santa Rosa, Vacaville, Elk Grove, Rohnert Park, and Roseville. Has anyone bought from them or had service thru them? Feedback? Thanks

I will be buying a tub in the next month or so. Amongst all the other factors I am considering is which dealer to buy from. There are two dealers - Hot Springs and Coast within a 20 minute drive. Both dealers have been in business in those communities for many, many years. All other dealers (Marquis, D1, Caldera) are over an hour away. How important is it to have "your" dealer in your neighborhood? Thanks for you input. k
