  1. It clearly states in the Arctic Spas wraranty that should a spa be granted replacement, all removal and delivery costs are the responsibilty of the customer. It's there in black and white, but as with most warranties with any purchase we make, we very rarely take the time to read them.

They went in to business as "Blue Falls manufacturing" in 1994, they formed as Arctic in Thornsby a little less then 10 years ago. http://www.bbb.org/edmonton/business-reviews/manufacturers-and-producers/arctic-spas-in-thorsby-ab-106215 We have been distributing Arctic Spas here in the UK for just over 10 years now, Arctic Spas based in Canada were doing it 15 years prior to us starting so I don't know where this 10 years comes from???
