  1. I will tell you that in the rare event this happens to our spas this fee is covered by the manufacture. I am guessing Arctic will not cover this fee. I know this is not really a answer for you sorry for that. Although I am curious as to see how other manufactures handle this. Do you work for the manufacture?
  2. Is your hot tub enclosed in a deck or hard to get at spot? Also does that cover disconnecting the unit? Hi, it is on a concrete slab in the backyard. Easy access. I believe this fee includes disconnecting and removing the old one and delivering and connecting the new one.
  3. My husband and I have purchased an Arctic Spa Kodiak hot tub in Mississauga, ON that has a crack in the shell that can not be detected. This has been an ongoing issue that is too long to post. The company has agreed to replace my tub since it is still under waranty, but I'm on the hook for a $730 plus tax delivery charge. Is this common practice? Has someone had their tub recently replaced and been charged for delivery while still under waranty.
