  1. go with the beachcomber 1made in canada 2 better looking spa 3from a service tech point of view much easier to work on witch means cheaper for you in the long run 4 cost wise get a model with a circ pump and main pumps again in the long run they are cheaper to run I live in Calif. I know nothing about Beachcomber. But, I do own an Everyday 660 and like it very much. I did purchase the full foam option and would recommend that to anyone in a cold climate. I've only had it a couple of months so I can't comment on the quality yet. But, the Marquis reputation is excellent and, from what I can tell from looking inside the equipment area, it appears to be well made. With its 60 jets, let's just say it is a huge step up from my 20 year old Sundance that had 5 whopping jets - lol.
  2. Looking for feedback from the more experienced as I am new to the whole hot tub world. I don't need a large hot tub, am primarily getting one so my son who has medical issues can benefit from using it as hydrotherapy. I have been comparing make and models and this site has been great to research topics. I am comparing the Beachcomber 340 or 540 models (I haven't decided yet if the price difference is worth it) versus the Marquis Everyday Spa 435, looking for value for my money (I'm limited in this area unfortunately, hoping for a good deal this time of year before the snow flies) good quality, low operating costs and of course the most beneficial hydrotherapy available, not a tall order at all, is it? It's cold up here in Canada and this would sure make winter more pleasurable as a side bonus. Would appreciate any feedback and help I can get. Thanx!
