Hi, We are having a builder put in an inground pool. We don't want it to be very deep because we want it to be a "sport" pool so we can play volleyball or basketball etc. We are not sure the best way to design it for optimal play. I have heard of pools that have a shallow end at both ends of the pool and a deeper middle or shallow leading off the stairs and gradually becoming deeper. I am 6'3'' and don't want the water to be too shallow, although I have 2 children that will be teenagers soon that might like it fairly shallow. How deep would you recommend the deepest part of the pool be for playing games? Which is the best design? If anyone has a pool that they use for games let me know your thoughts. Thanks
