We're about to purchase our first spa, and are in a quandry because there aren't many dealers in our immediate area. In fact, the only dealer we have within 50 miles is Hot Springs. We like the Hot Springs tubs, and are leaning towards purchasing a Grandee, but I feel like I wouldn't be doing our family justice we didn't at least consider other brands (haven't even talked to any other dealers yet). From these boards, I've read how important it is to find a local dealer who will service your spa, and thus I'm curious if 50 miles (we live in central Virginia)is too far away for reliable and prompt service. And if we like the Grandee,and are comfortable with the dealer, should we spend the gas $$ traveling all over Virginia to look at other brands? We'd have to go from Richmond to Culpepper to Fairfax in order to look at the other brands (D1, Marquis, Sundance) Thanks for your help. I'm looking forward to joining the rands of spa owners soon!!
