  1. JAMES , WHAT SPECIFIC THOUGHTS DO YOU HAVE? ALWAYS A HIGH PH , FILTER SYSYTEM DOES GET EVERTHING, I ROTATE THE FILTERS EVERY TWO WEEKS. NEED HELP . THANKS
  2. try this vnelson@goarctic.com good luck I have owned an Arctic for almost two years with Onzen.It was a challenge to control the Bromine and the rising PH levels,but after 2-3 months it's piece of cake.Talk to James here on the forum and he will help you out.Cheers
  3. I HAVE OWNED MY TUNDRA ARTIC FOR ONE YEAR NOW! ALL I HAVE HAD ARE TROUBLES AND HEADACHES WITH THE ONZEN SYSTEM. I AM ON REPLACING MY ELECTRODES FOR THE THIRD TIME! ARTIC HAS NOT DELIVERED ON WHAT THEY SAY THEIR SYSTEM DOES. USE TOO MANY CHEMICALS , HOW LONG CAN WE GO UNTIL THEY FINALLY FIGURE THE ELECTRODES PROBLEM OUT. I KNOW OF THREE OTHER INVIDIDUALS THAT HAVE GONE THOROUGH THE SAME THING I HAVE. IT IS MIND BLOGGING TO THINK THAT THIS COMPANY CONTINUES TO SELL THIS PRODUCT, WHEN IT DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT AN EXPENSIVE UNIT HERE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I HAVE EVER JOIN A FORUM TO SPEAK NEGATIVLEY ABOUT ANY PRODUCT. BUT THIS IS EASLIY ONE OF THE MOST FRUSTRATING THINGS I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A PERSONAL PURCHASE--AN EXPENSIVE ONE AT THAT!!! WILL NOT BE STOPPING HERE, I WANT TO GET THIS RIGHT AT THEIR COST. IF ANYONE FEELS THE SAME WAY PLEASE FEEL FREE TO POST A RESPONSE. I HOPE THAT MAYBE THE POOL AND SPA GUYS CAN SHED SOME LIGHT TO THIS PROBLEM AND HELP ME OUT. THANKS FRUSTRATED ARTIC OWNER
