Ahh, cool, thank you. So what does the pump actually do? What is it for? To increase the cleaner efficiency or something? Thank you again for any info, just want to be as knowledgeable as I can about all this. Oh, it does have its own breaker switch, etc, just not sure if should, or even need, to use it.

We just bought a home with an in-ground pool and are learning everything still. We have a pool service for now. We have a filter pump and a PB-4 cleaner pump. The pool cleaner that i actually crawling around in the water does work when the pool filter is running. The service said we did not need the cleaner pump running. I do however see that one of the solar pipes does go to, or from, the cleaner pump. Though I have listened to the service as to not use the cleaner pump and have the breakers off, but I can't help wonder if we need this booster pump to be running...? Anyone have any input on any of this? Again, we are new with owning a pool and are trying to learn everything. Thanks!

Hello. We recently ran into this and it turned out that one of the o-ring seals from a valve came off and lodged into one of the pipes. We have a new valve installed and everything works great.
