Have a Jandy Lite2 pool heater set up for 220V that has worked great for 4 years. Symptom: Fuses on igniter blow out. First Attempted Remedy: Replaced igniter. No impact. Second Attempted Remedy: Measured voltage and it appears 220V, rather than 110V getting to igniter. Replaced Power Distribution Board. No impact. Any suggestions?
