  1. OK, wife told me there was no jumper in the old heater relay board, when in fact, there was. Put jumper in new heater board (going to neutral pin 4 to 5). Jet pump works, circ pump works, heater maybe working although it is getting voltage when the thermostat clicks on. Ozonator not working, but it is almost 10 years old anyway. Thanks Philip Neidlinger
  2. Still can not locate fuse. Pump power Aat 120v only measured from white/ground. Black/ground no voltage. Does not appear to be on supply side of relay either. The same readings with the pump hooked up and not hooked up. Heater operation interrmittent. Ozonator worked briefly. Seems like a bad or incorrect connection OR control board failure. Philip
  3. Fuse? Where is the fuse on the board? I didn't measure any voltage if memory serves. Philip
  4. I recently replaced the heater relay board which had burn marks on it. The heater element measures about 10 ohms resistance with 900K ohms from heater element to ground. Upon power up, the usual LEDs light up and no breakers trip. HOWEVER, when we turn on the jet pump, I hear a relay click on the main board which is also accompanied by an illuminated red LED next to the relay. HOWEVER, the jet pump will not run. No problems before. Trying to determine whether: 1. We are overlooking something. 2. The jet pump is faulty. 3. The main control board is faulty. 4. Items 2 and 3. Any suggestions? thanks Philip
