Thanks for your prompt response. I was careful with the acid strength, but after six cleanings, it just doesn't stay on longer than a couple hours. I called the representative for warranty. My water is good, volts good, everything is OK but the salt just falls off and then she goes into low salt cut out. I will report back after I get a check from the technician. Folks, I have the Aqua Logic PS-4 connected to a new TurboCell T-15. The problem I am experiencing is that the cell gradually loses salt reading after a few hours of operation. If I put it in acid for a while and put it back in service, it is right back up and working fine. I had my water chemistry checked and salt is fine, hardness is "low" but the cell keeps losing reading and then it goes into Low Salt cut-out. My cell is only 1 yr old. What could be causing it?
