I agree regarding service however, where I'm from I seen a number of Coast dealers come ago, either out of business or no longer stock Coast!
Most spa manufacturers have their phone number on website and literature therefore making it easier to contact them. I wonder why Coast is the only one to keep their number off website and literature...hmmm
Personally, I'd feel more confident with a US manufacturers warranty, then one from another country with no location in the US. But hey, A spa is not a big investment were I need to be concerned...JOKING!
