If you cant get them to call you when you want to buy something then you have a pretty good idea of what is going to happen after the sale with customer support. Your right thats no way to run a business. Make sure you do your homework on any contractor that you ay be considering. Talk to other customers and ask if they would use them again. Go look at other pools that they have built and I would request the names of customers that have had their pools for a few years that way you get a better idea of how they take care of their customers after the pool is finished. Check with the contractor to see that they do a complete startup with you after the pool is finished and that they teach you haw to take care of it. That is one of the biggest complaints that we hear about dealers in our area is they finished the pool and now we cant get them back out and we dont know what we are doing. Hope this helps.
