  1.

Well figured it's time for an update. I have owned the spa for 6 months now. we have had one problem a colored light went out. That was fixed in about 5 minutes buy the warranty/repairman.

Since owning the spa we have kept the tempreture set at 102*, end of November to today we have raised the temp to 104*. When we enter the tub it states temp is at 105 and when we exit about 30 minutes later temp is usually at 103*. I am out on Long Island and we have LIPA on buget billing. Since running the tub our electric bill is unchanged infact last months bill dropped to 216 from Octobers 221. To be honest I figured the tub would have raised the electric bill at least 30/month, but for the last 6 months the bill has not changed. I would venture to guess that the tub is pretty darn efficient. The best part is my wifes leg cramps are much better, and I actually think it's helping my herniated discs. Overall on scale of 1 to 10, I give Clearwater a 9.8. I'm minusing .2 for the light issue :D

I live upstate NY and my electric bill went up around $25 I keep mine at 102 It is in the low 20s at night. Last night after 20min it went down to 101.

We can attest to the reliability of the Clearwater Spa product that we currently own. Going on the 2nd winter with the 'gold' series Monaco , can't recall the exact model but 92.5x 92.5 x 41 water fall and lights. ..temp set at 103 degrees, no trouble with anything thus far.

Do you also have the Clearwater Monaco

    We have the comparable model

  2. Great to hear about satisfaction with a manufacturer. I can mirror E's comments almost to a T , except my spa make is a Clearwater and my dealer is still in business. After my initial purchase I determined the spa we chose to be too small. Up-sizing was the next option and the manufacturer had a very similiar model, but larger and deeper(92.5 v.s.84 and 42 v.s. 36 in depth.) The exchange was seamless, paid the difference and I am very happy.

  3. Quoted 9600. includes cd ozone option, ...the product seems well made but priced up with hot springs models with similiar features. Any input re price quote or comp. to other models would be appreciated. We are getting very close to making a decision. The jacuzzi the Hotsprings and the clearwater are the brands we have considered.
