Still working through getting my spa setup and quickly coming to terms that the 'setup kit' provided with the spa will not last very long at all. Does anyone have any thoughts or recommendations on the: - various brands (seems to be quite a few of them) or is there really any difference between them? - is mail order a better deal? If so, are there any recommendations? Looking through the various posts, and my basic (but improving) knowledge I am expecting to be needing these items on a regular basis: - muratic acid (lower Ph) - baking soda (I assume I can just get a the grocery store, but have not looked at the quantities that I will need) - dichlor or a stabilizer (to get CYA up. I have a SWG for FC long term) - calcium chloride (only at water changes) - Borates (only at water change, seem to be a lot a good reviews on Gentle Spa) Lastly, I have a K-2005 test kit, but this does not do borates so I will probably need some form of test kit for that. Looks like I will be spending money on a fairly regular basis, and I would like to see if I can get a decent deal. Thanks.
