yea got that but hasnt helped to be honest think its the pump now, but not really sure, would i hear sumin if the pump was going ? as the water inside the pump/heater thing is hot bot doesnt seam to move it into spa, so that stays mega cold

I recently brought a second hand layz spa 54075 and when it arrived the instructional DVD was missing. I have got it inflated and filled with water. but when i turn it onto heat the pump/heater says that it is heating up yet the water is freezing to touch. When i felt inside the pump it was boiling hot, i thought the pumps may need to be on to circuate the water - but that doesn't help. How do i get my pump up and running i am not sure if everything is where it should be and have got some parts that i have not attached because i don't know where they go and can not find any instructions for how the inside of the pump should look. Please any help would be appreciated thanks
