I have an in ground pool and spa. The button to turn on the spa doesn't work (it has been working recently). I have been told it is a vaccum line that runs back to all the pool pumps n such. What are the main things I can check on this? The button also goes into the cement and I don't really see a place to access it other than pulling out the button, but it is a pretty small hole with a clear plastic tube going back into the cement.
