  1. Hi Everyone: Here's my problem. 1. Have a 2001 Sundance Altamar 850 Hot Tub that has been trouble free for 7 years. 2. It's on a 50A breaker (i.e. when both pumps run, heater is off) 3. Every few days the 50A breaker tripps, and I must leave off for about 2 hours, then breaker resets without tripping. Then a few days go by and same. 4. If I put into economy mode I get a day or so more before tripping. 5. If within the 2 hour period, where resetting the breaker results in immediate tripping, I troubleshoot by systematically disconnecting: a) pump 1 pump 2 c) blower d) heater e) ozonator and the breaker still tripps, but if I disconnect the system control panel (J7) it does not trip. It's as though every so often there is a programming sequence that causes tub to draw too much power, and once I wait for this sequence to finish, I can successfully reset breaker...until the sequence returns. I'm poor, so I don't want to spend $900 on a system control panel, or $500 on a motherboard...would prefer to take a very special knife and cut out this programming sequence or perhaps just throw in a 60A breaker and see what happens !!! I've got a fluke multimeter and other troubleshooting tools if anyone can give me some good advice. as always, thanks in advance Estevan
