Take the filter out and try. heating - replace or clean filter still no heat try it on high speed (will not work if using 110 volts) 90% of the time it is the pressure switch I already tried taking the filter out,nothing.Should I just replace the pressure switch? Thanks

I have a nordic crown hot tub. The heater won't come on and there are 3 blinking lights under the temperature display.HELP
