We've had an offer accepted for a foreclosure--and now are trying to get inspections, etc. and see if we're going to follow through with the place. As the place is an REO, any repairs would be at our expense--so we really have to have a clear idea of what we're getting into to know if we can afford to proceed. The home has a below-ground swimming pool--and although I'd like to have a pool I've never maintained or owned one. The pool looks like it needs some attention so I'm trying to decide what I'd be in for.
