  1. Jim, thanks, please post me the link. I noticed on the back of the pressure switch which is threaded into the back of the heater tube has a plastic 'knob' out of the back with in slot. Is this actually an adjustment?
  2. Jim, thanks for answering. It is an older spa pack Brett Aqualine CM-07. There is no circuit board to speak of. It looks to be all mechanical with at least three large contactors, high temp switch, etc I don't have a digital camera available at the present time to send a pic. The moment the pump shuts off, there is a chattering or rapid clicking sound and the heater stays on for several seconds and then shuts off. When I push the reset button, the heater comes back on. Make any sense? beeefer
  3. New problem, when my Brett Aqualine calls for heat, the low pump starts and the heater goes on. At the end of the heat cycle, the pump turns off but the heater stays on until it gets hot enough to trip the high heat switch. HELP beefer
  4. Hello, I'm a newbie here. I have an older Dakota spa 240v with Brett Aqualine control system CM-107. All the jets work, the heater goes on, but stays on after the low flow pump goes off, and stays on until it trips the overheat reset button on the unit. If I wait, I can rest the heater manually. The house breaker stays on. I can hear hissing or gurgling noise from the heater just before it shuts off and the on light goes off. Any help? regards beefer
