  1. Going nuts here in MS. Have a Jandy AquaPure 1400. Getting error code 120,121 "low voltage to cell" . Manual says to check two things: the cell(it is clean and seems fine) and the DC cable(three-pronged that goes to cell). The cell is not making chlorine now. I checked the voltage at the cell with the cable lifted up just enough to touch the probes to the stems, and get a reading within the manual's guidelines. But I did have to put the red probe on the outer prong and the black probe on the center one. ( Just mentioning that because the manual has a photo showing the the red probe touched to the middle one- I don't know enough to know if that makes a difference). Previously, I had a pool tech out and he diagnosed. a different problem. Then the codes were showing that the cell flow sensor needed replacing. I did that and those codes disappeared. Shortly afterwards these(120,121) new codes showed up. I looked at the front and rear boards and the only thing that looks suspect is the ribbon cable connecting the front and rear boards. One of the lines looks like it is crimped and no longer straight. Can't tell for sure if that one is broken inside the cable. Could that possibly be the cause? can't find a place that sells just that ribbon cable. any thoughts?
