I'm trying to decide between a Marquis Epic and a Dimension One Chairman II. I've wet tested the Epic and liked it a lot, but am having a hard time wet testing a Chairman II (even though there are 3 dealers within a half hour of my house). The Epic is priced at $10,300 and the Chairman II at $9,400. I can save $800 if I take a floor model Epic (used for 2 months for wet tests) that has a blue spa shell, but I'm thinking I may want a lighter color so I can see the interior light reflections better. I can wet test a Dimension One Californian but it isn't the same as Chairman II. The dealer that would reluctantly fill a Chairman II has a price that is $600 higher than the other dealer. Looks like others on this site have received better prices than these but I know I won't get a better price from either the Marquis or the DI dealers. Any comments on choice between the two, the ethics of wet testing at a one Dealer and buying at another, or on prices are appreciated. Thanks.
