Looks like it was the check valve that went bad. Gasket was completely gone. Ordered a new one we should get it tomorrow. Thanks for all your advice guys it is very appreciated.

Thanks Pool Clown and geeman I wondered if that was the problem. Not sure how to check it any suggestions.

Hi Everyone, Our pool is about 8 yrs old, plaster and around 30,000 gals. When the spillover is on everything is fine it runs like it should. But if we want to use the spa is slowly leaks water back into the pool. Any ideas of what is going on?? Thanks
