I have a Nordic Escape and would like to change a few of the jets. I do have new ones. Do they just twist off? Thanks

Hello, I'm brand new here and have a couple of questions. I just bought a Nordic Escape premium demo from a dealer and when I got it delivered I noticed a white build up on areas of the tub itself, chrome fixtures and the black plastic jets. I would like to ask you experts out there what would be the best way to clean these areas before I go and fill her up. Your help is appreciated.
