Thanks for the advice.The surface of the pool is not rough in any area. We are just not sure if this is something we can "fix" ourselves or hire a professional. Any other suggestions??

Hi, we are not sure if this pool should be painted, acid washed, or needs to be replastered? I am putting some pics for you to see. Would appreciate your advice. Pool is only 4 1/2 yrs. old. Thanks.
